METALS |

Aluminum is our
friend. So are magnesium and stainless and titanium. We know cast iron intimately enough to advise what and how -- or not -- to do. The list goes on and on: chrome-moly, silicon bronze, 1018, Inconel, 17-4, copper, and more. You have to work hard to surprise us. |

| WE
KNOW METALS |
||
|
We maintain dozens of
filler alloys. In aluminum we stock 1100, 4043, 4145, 4643, 5556 and 5356. In stainless we keep more than a dozen varieties. Some specialty rods are held at oven temperature 24/7 to properly match common and uncommon base materials. Our stores also hold brazing, hard and soft soldering, and hardfacing options. |

| WE
HAVE OUR WAY WITH METALS |
||
|
We do and we undo
them. From lower energy fuel gasses to various arc methods, to the extremes of plasma, we put metals together and we take them apart. Means to saw, drill, carve, grind, sand, brush, blend and polish the work are also at hand. |

THICK AND THIN |

Welding under
magnification with only a few amps is occasional enough to mention, on up to seriously heavy items requiring 400 amperes of current. Welds range in size from what you almost can't see to an inch wide. If appropriate, we can make the weld disappear so you can't see at all how it was done. |
