Santee Welding welcomes problem work that other facilities turn away. We encourage general public walk-ins and the interesting variety they produce. All work is done in shop, not field. You must bring it to us in your hot hands. We're here Monday - Friday, 8-5. Call  (619) 448-0101 and we'll talk you in. There is no minimum charge. Never has been. If you need a fixed maximum dollar amount up front, and many folks do, we'll give you a number and stick to it. But don't be shocked at less. It happens. Don't be shocked either if we tell you that practicality or economics are against you. We know it when we see it. We suggest alternatives, unless you're incorrigible. Repair, reconditioning and installation labor are not taxable. Neither is resale work, for which we are licensed, and which we do for other licensed companies in a chain of manufacture. End-use creation usually is taxable. We accept cash and checks, company or personal, which we document by numbered invoice (now 48,000+ transactions). We discourage open accounts. Expect to pay when repair work is completed and expect to pay a fabrication deposit, with the balance due upon completion.
